  I traveled in many places for freediving and I must be honest, it is one of my favorite destination. It's easy to get there and not an expensive place. The aquatic life is awesome, visibility also. And the team is wonderful. I felt very motivated and I had this very good feeling, that they were taking care of me and plus I had the chance to be trained by Mariana herself :D There are many different diving sites from 5 meters to 30 m...and it's easy to get 100m if you need. And to end this post, the island is wonderful and not crowded.

  Whatever your level of experience, I would strongly recommend Freediving Lanzarote as the place to go if you want to progress in the sport. Simply put, the level of instruction I received during the combo course was second to none. The combo course jams in a lot of information, but I felt totally at ease with this, knowing that the team were there to provide me with all the support that I needed. Truly awesome training, conducted in a warm, stress free and friendly environment.

  Just came back from a week's training and wanted to say what a great centre this is. They practise safely and let me progress at a good pace. Emphasis is to train for depth, which they give you tools and techniques to do easily and more so to become a better freediver. Really easy set-up, just swim out a few metres to the buoys, so no boats needed. Lanzarote is quite beautiful with opportunities for hiking and scuba diving too, so a great place to stay with sunny weather most of the year.

  The place is just perfect for apnea course. Easy to access, clear and warm water (19°C in february, with a 5mm wetsuit it's perfect), you dive directly from the coast.
