  Rooms are very clean and spacious, fresh water given every day for your rooms , fridge also provided. Excellent food with plenty of choice. It has 3 pools which one is a infinity pool and another is a great sea water pool. Brilliant place for families. Plenty of sunbeds. The staff are very friendly.

  Had a great week here just before Xmas. Food good, rooms clean, location great. Our son loved the pools and the buffet.

  When I stayed there last year children screamed, splashed & using water pistol to anyone in swimming pool. Even they made a battle with floats. It was very hard to enjoy swimming. Pool attendant did not advice them at all that made me very disappointed. Hopefully, cleaning lady comes the same time every day this year to make my daily life easier. I will be there in February.

  Beautiful hotel with great staff. There is wifi in the rooms but you need a pin number. None of this was explained. We were all inclusive but given cards which said Prestige which was misleading as that is extra. All in all one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

  Unfortunately the hard work from the staff especially the room servicing which is very good, is let down by poor couldn't give a damn management. In their own words "You are not our customer, Thomas cook are our customer and you are their customer. If you are not happy speak with them" They cater completely for the masses and if you enjoy low quality entertainment along with poor quality cold buffet food then this will be right up your street. On a positive - the rooms are O.K (no light in shower and quite dated - but o.k) and the drinks are good - just nowhere in the evening to sit and enjoy them. Years ago this would have probably been good and two walls at reception are covered with awards and certificates, but these are at least two years old. This tells you all you need to know.
